communications with owners was impossible almost had to find new accommodation, unit no was incorrect. a bond was requested after booking was made

Thank God for the Photos and the clear instructions - Follow the instructions for sure!! The property address in WRONG and that was confusing and confounding!! The property address given was Unit 4, 2 Olinda Road - the building address is 240 Mt Dandenong Road and NOWHERE does it say 2 Olinda Road. There is NO UNIT 4!!! There is Unit A1 - and the key fitted and the photos matched!

“Totally dissatisfied with the customer service & would never stay there again”
There was not a full set of plates & cutlery. Stove had not been cleaned We only had 1 set of towels for our 2 week stay No manuals for appliances. Lights in stairwell not working. It took 6 weeks & a lot of phone calls to get our 2 deposits back Underground parking not accessible
