The cottages at Lochiel Accommodation include a lounge area with large-screen TV, DVD/CD player, open fireplace and wooden floors spread with modern rugs. Cottages with a large hot tub on the balcony are available. Ranges Cafe offers a range of light meals during the day and exotic modern cuisine in the evenings. Credo Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, serving modern Italian dishes. Situated amongst the treetops, Lochiel Luxury Accommodation is a 2-minute drive from Olinda Golf Course. It is 10 minutes’ drive to both Mount Dandenong and The Puffing Billy Steam Train in Belgrave.

“Luxury??? Very loose definition of it.”
Location was great, except Olinda is a shadow of what it used to be, so dining options in the evening are limited within walking distance. The property itself is stunning in its setting and design.

Beautiful little chatet in Olinda. Well set up in bush location but close to the road. Large bathroom and bedroom. Great Spa. Enjoyable balconies on the Kitchen living level and the Bedroom level. Nice wood burner for cold nights. Generally clean throughout. Good support people with a helpful attitude. We understand the cottages were in the process of renovation.

What an absolutely amazing place. The views are sensational, the fire was all stacked ready to be lit, plenty of wood and kindling, bed super comfy, the spa is amazing as is the shower.

“With huge trees close up against the verandah which was round the rear of the property ( which was t”
The location was as we had hoped,close to the village.We enjoyed our meal at the Pig and Whistle and did a reasonably tough walk close to the property. The cottage was unusual in that one of the rooms was on the lower floor and the bathroom was with all the amenities on the upper floor. A fire was laid in the grate -( a nice touch) with plenty of crockery.

Perfect location, beautiful bath and fireplace. Nothing missed great communication and great small touches, an absolutely delightful stay!
