“Does the job. Perfect for a quick overnight stay before flying out the next morning.”
You have to bear in mind this is a one star and manage your expectations accordingly. This is a basic stay but for what it is: it’s perfect. My room was comfortable, clean and totally adequate. Bed was good, bathroom was perfectly adequate and quite nice. Easy to access and free parking. Wifi says it’s paid on this site but it was actually free for me. I needed a basic overnight stay and this was absolutely perfect for that purpose. If you’re looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

I stayed here for the convenience of being close to a friends residence. Very large room. Modern conversion with big bed and sofa, small table and two chairs. Clean. River / lakeside position with a small patio area which unfortunately doubles as a car park and the views are further obscured by a 2 metre high wire fence. Plenty of public seating along the waters edge path.

I do not know why this one person wrote such a bad reference. The place was very nice. Huge room, nice bathroom, big Windows, we were able to make some tea as well. The view with the sea. We enjoyed our own breakfast outside at the provided table. The owner was helpful with all infos.

“just the place and location was good, meanwhile it was mentioned wrong in Booking description;”
just the location, where was near to the lake with view, were including the lake and mountain !!! But, it was mentioned as an option in Booking site which was not true; because it was just the same room with a window in front of lake and mountain
