In 350 acres of mature woodland and peaceful rolling parkland, this beautiful country house hotel has its very own private golf course, free Wi-Fi and charming, elegant, individually decorated rooms. The Meldrum House Hotel Golf And Country Estate boasts its own magnificent 18-hole golf course, a luxuriously appointed clubhouse and some of the finest practice facilities in Scotland. The on-site golf academy offers expert outdoor tuition with video analysis Traditionally decorated and featuring many fine antiques, objets d'art and ancestral portraits, the hotel has spacious en suite rooms. Each room has its own individual style and unique character. Every room has stunning views over the estate and the surrounding Aberdeenshire countryside. Each room has a plasma flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels. The restaurant offers traditional Scottish cuisine combined with an international flavour. From gourmet cuisine to lighter snacks, the menus change daily to reflect the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients available locally.

“Overall a good experience with very friendly and efficient service and in a relaxing environment.”
On arrival room was over the function suite which was having a wedding so we were offered and accepted another room which was excellent. Staff were friendly and approachable and the hotel had a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The advertised experience was relatable to our stay.

“Beautiful place to stay”
We loved....the staff were great, the grounds and history of the building was fascinating, the food was good, the cleanliness brilliant, the room was fantastic, so spacious! Bathroom and products were great. Extra effort made for my husbands birthday by the staff, which was greatly appreciated Hospitality tray was brilliant with a percolator and tea pot, with fresh milk and water. Fantastic! Underfloor heating in bathroom an unexpected welcome. Shower fantastic, so basically everything! :)

A stunning hotel, with staff who are a credit to the team, all were exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming, taking a genuine interest in us and our plans during our stay. Our beautiful, very spacious room offered amazing views overlooking the golf course through floor to ceiling windows, it was spotlessly clean, storage and bathroom facilities were excellent. We only ate breakfast and had a snack in the Cave Bar, the menu choices were good, and everything was very well presented. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff, you made our stay so very special.

Estate Deluxe Room
With floor to ceiling views across the golf course and countryside, two rooms are in the corner with TVs built into the end of the beds. Another two rooms each have a balcony. All have king sized beds, sofas, dining areas and power showers.
Estate King Room
Situated in the estate wing of our manor house, these contemporary rooms are rear facing with restricted views with stunning décor and king-sized beds. Most of the rooms have sofa beds, walk-in power shower and bath.
Estate Superior Room
With floor to ceiling views across the golf course and countryside, these rooms have king sized beds and power showers.
Manor Double Room
These charming rooms combine contemporary comfort with the baronial character of Meldrum’s heritage. Each room has been individually designed, featuring a comfortable double bed, bathroom with walk in shower and thoughtful touches that reflect the estate’s history. Enjoy peaceful views across the rolling grounds and a tranquil retreat in the heart of the Manor House.
Manor Master Room
These thoughtfully refreshed rooms offer generous proportions, elegant interiors, sweeping views across our private golf course and estate as well as beautifully appointed bathrooms with walk-in showers. Select rooms also feature dramatic four-poster beds, turrets, a bath, refined seating areas and striking original architectural details, reflecting the character and grandeur of Meldrum’s past. With a complimentary Glen Garioch dram awaiting your arrival – this is a place to settle in, not simply check in.
Stable King Room
With king-sized beds these spacious rooms have stunning Scottish interiors with en suite bathrooms with bath and shower. The rooms are across the courtyard from the main hotel. All rooms can be set up with twin beds.
Lairds Suite
Boasting views across the estate it has many unique, original features including a lounge area with fireplace and is furnished to reflect the history of the manor house and provide the ultimate experience. There is a TV built into the end of the bed and a bathroom with a large jacuzzi bath and double-sized power shower. The suite can be accessed privately outside by steps shared with the Turrets Suite. You’ll also find a welcome dram to enjoy during your stay.
Turret Suite
With views across the estate, this suite is furnished to reflect the history of the manor house. This suite has a spectacular power shower within a turret as well as a large bathroom with bath. There is also a lounge area where you’ll find a welcome dram for your arrival. You can only access this suite privately outside by steps shared with the Laird’s Suite.
