Located in Olden, Oldevatn Camping features a shared lounge. This campground provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. “There’s better places to stay if you want the Norwegian views”
The property is in a beautiful location. We stayed there as the last night of a road trip around Norway. Unfortunately we booked a cabin with a lake view, but it didn’t have one. It more had a caravan or motorhome view. We were disappointed.

Absolutely amazing stay at Oldevatn Camping! The views are unreal, surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and the beautiful lake. Peaceful atmosphere, clean facilities, and very friendly staff. The kids’ play area is huge and fantastic, with a zip line and lots of other fun activities that are perfect for toddlers too. There are also many choices of water activities available for guests, all free to use during the stay, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. A perfect place for families to relax and enjoy Norwegian nature. One of the most beautiful camping spots — highly recommended!

“Norway's Humble Abode with Opulent Views all Around”
This cabin is probably one of the most beautiful, serene and well presented cabin park we have ever been to. Everything is perfect, from the layout of the camping grounds, to the free use of all water activity boats, the gorgeous cabins both inside and out; so clean, so spacious, heating was perfect for our winter escape. The views are to die for, the peace is to live for, we will be back for sure, 3 days was not enough in these heavenly lands. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful space to the public. Forever in our hearts!

“Best place”
Most fun place to stay, had everything you could want. Free rent of the watersports was great for Norway. We even made a campfire. The surroundings are so beautiful.

“Great 2 night stay to explore the Glaciers, waterfalls & stunning walks.”
Fantastic location to visit the Glaciers, surrounded by stunning snow & ice capped mountains, it’s pretty hard to beat. The cabin is warm, clean & has enough room for two. A bonus was the use of the Canoe on the beautiful blue lake & a hike up to a viewpoint over the lakes & mountains.

“Beautiful cabin on lake”
The cabins are in the camp site but well positioned for privacy. The campsite has lots of canoes, paddle boats, bicycles which are free for the residents to use. The lake is a magnificent aquamarine colour. Staff are friendly and helpful

Amazing location on banks of lake surrounded by mountains. Facilities are great, including free use of kayak/ rowing boats/pedalos. Also you can do fantastic hikes directly from the campsite.

We stayed in cabin no.1, which was closest to the lake (it was next to the laundry, but no noise from there- also next to the 2 slow chargers, which was handy for us to fully charge our car overnight). Great variety of canoes, kayaks, pedalos and rowing boats to use. Lovely hike directly from the campsite and also within a short drive.
