“Nice, clean property in a great area, but bring your own essentials and towels”
The property was clean and located in a very nice, green area. The living room was spacious, as shown in the Booking.com pictures. The kitchen was well equipped if you need to cook your own meals. Communication with reception was easy; however, there is no flexibility to negotiate anything. However, you have to bring your own toiletries and towels (or pay extra fees for the towels). Only one toilet roll is provided, regardless of the length of stay (we were staying 4 nights) 😳. A small starter pack fort he kitchen is provided, which includes a mini washing liquid (about 20 ml), a little brush, a soft small cloth, one bin liner, and either dishwasher tablets or liquid (I don’t remember exactly, as I didn’t use it). The heating in the property is a bit mysterious - it only came on briefly very late at night. If the weather is cold and rainy, it’s hard to dry towels in the bathroom if the heating isn’t working. Overall, it’s a nice place -just be aware that you need to bring most of your own items: toiletries, towels, and other essentials.

“Ok place if you just want to sleep and do nothing.”
Nice cabin once we were relocated. Well equipped and in much better location. Very quiet and chilled atmosphere. Rental bikes daily rate very reasonable. Staff helpful in dealing with issues but very limited as to what they can do. Grounds are kept very well shame they can't do same for the pool.

The area and location were perfect. Easy to relax, read and enjoy the surrounding areas, wonderful. The staff were very nice people, always polite and smiling

“So bad we left 2 nights into our 10 night stay, after my partner broke down crying.”
Our stay was so bad we left 2 nights into our 10, after my partner broke down crying from how bad an experience she was having. We rented Tiny House 2 and it was horrible. The bed was not as described (they've since fixed it), the photos were misleading in how much space the loft had, the climate control was terrible (indoor heating was very uneven if it got cold outside, house became unbearably hot if it was hot outside, and no way to open the windows without letting in tons of bugs that constantly clouded around them). The picture of the skylight was misleading as well, as it was filthy and basically unusable. On top of the issues with the house, the venue had issues as well. We were unable to order food our first night there despite their assurance that the kitchen would be open until 8PM due to some glitch with their app that the staff couldn't fix, or offer any workaround for, despite an hour of effort. Also the pool advertised on Booking and on their site was not available until a week after our stay, as it was supposedly "too cold" for it, despite temperatures of 20+ degrees C. The available dates for the pool listed on their site are hidden behind multiple clicks, with no indication at any easy to see portion that it might be limited, like an asterisk. After all this, we tried working something out with the on-site staff and they said they could do nothing for us. They offered to send someone to fix the temperature issues but the person came, looked around, and concluded "yeah sorry it gets really hot in these ones." We were offered no refund of any kind by Europarcs, and the best Booking could offer was 1/4 the price, excluding taxes and fees (and of course excluding additional charges by Europarcs, like for towel rentals). Absolutely terrible experience, complete waste of time and money and effort.

“A great place for a holiday with a toddler”
We stayed here during the spring break with our 4-year-old child and really enjoyed it. The place is very child-friendly, with a kids’ club and animators, several playgrounds, and a swimming pool. There are also some nearby historical sites that are fun to visit with kids. Our cottage was cozy and practical – it had a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Free parking is available on the premises, and there is also a lake nearby. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

“Lovely and relaxing”
Ability to be self sufficient, secluded, beautiful surroundings. The ability to rent e-bikes, we rented two e-bikes for the day and cycled to Doesburg, loved it. Regarding the question above regarding transport: we travelled from Doesburg to the Europarc, we couldn't get a taxi because they weren't around the area when we needed them, so we took the bus to Dieren then walked to the accommodation via the ferry. Our only concern (not realising there was a ferry) was that it wouldn't be running by the time we got there, around 5 pm. Luckily they did, and we walked the rest of the way. It would help to have a map available for people on foot with short cuts, as Google Maps sent us via the longer route.

The location was very peaceful and we loved the river and being able to swim in it was another perk. The cabin itself had lots things that we needed and the lounge especially was comfortable and homely. It definitely made our stay enjoyable.

“quiet new park close to Veluwezoom, DIeren, Doesburg, Arnhem”
Quiet area, good location with new shalets. There are many activities to choose between (cycling, hiking in Veluwe zoom, visit Doesburg, Dieren, Arnhem, do water sports...). The stuff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. We thank them for their effort to solve the problems we came up on our arrival.
