Cosy room, everything was clean - both room and whole hotel, laundry facilities and kitchen facilities

Very clean and cozy environment, fully furnished kitchen, great coffee from the machine.

The shared kitchen is amazingly good. It is a professional kitchen with everything: professional oven, grill, etc. The is also a pool table. The bedroom is spotless and of a pretty decent size. The bed was pretty comfortable and you can choose between different hardness of pillows. It was nice that you received the enter code so you can arrive at the time you want.

Everything was fantastic. The wiew was as stunning as could be, the room was quiet and comfy beds. Extra blankets, pillows, hairdryer etc was easy accessible. Easy check- in with codes, wich was sent in advance. Lots of public spaces and the public kitchen was extremely well equipped, a former restaurant kitchen. Free coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the dining room. Met the host/staff in the morning and they were very friendly and welcoming. I wish more accomodation with self-maintenance in Iceland were like this.

Free use of tumble dryer and washing machine. Detergents and softener also for free.

Close to city center Warm room Shared kitchen can be used

Comfortable beds and coffee for free downstairs. Sound proof rooms. Hosts very friendly. But its all selfservice.

The entire place is well heated and comfortable. The shared kitchen is well equipped, and there’s a machine offering a variety of hot drinks. Conveniently located next to a petrol kiosk with a small convenience store.

We really liked the flexibility that the communal kitchen gave us, especially with the eye-watering costs of dining-out here. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. The lounges and dining areas were an added bonus.

Very helpful staff

The hotel has a fully equipped restaurant kitchen to use for cooking your meals. The dining and lounge areas are full of windows overlooking the water and mountains that surround you. There are free laundry facilities, billiards and parking. They even offer kayaks for guests to use on the water across the street from the lodging.

Local hotel in the north. Room was clean, with comfortable beds. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did not taste breakfast.

Amazing facilities- free kayaks for the lake, free laundry, pool table… and the room was spotless and comfortable. Staff super welcoming and enthusiastic about showing us around.

Fantastic place. It was worth 1 hr drive from Akureyri. I will visit again ;)
