“Worst chef!”
The Chef was the WORST I encountered in 6 decades of my travels. The chicken wings were charred and burnt with no edible meat. He could not make a poached egg..which I refused to eat. I then asked for scrambled egg the pan was so dirty that there was black soot in the scrambled.. gave that to the dog. A simple immunity of kettle and tea/ Coffee would be a good gesture The window could NOT BE LATCHED which brought a lot insects at night and I had a very uncomfortable night getting insect bites, even with the net around the bed!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE CHEF!!! Winnie the receptionist was exceptionally Good with very good ethical manners and politely spoken.

“Good place.”
Food was good. Not anything fancy but what they did was good taste. Place is quiet, close to lake and fantastic boat ride.

“The place to stay in Lake Baringo”
Probably the last decent place for tourists to stay in Baringo : most hôtels are now under water. Staff is nice but should get more training to feel confortable with international guests (they are à bit shy)

“Great experience - super welcome by all in Lake Baringo. .”
Staff and location and cleanliness and friendliness of staff was really good. Food was good. Rooms were clean and bright and comfortable. Vincent and other staff were very attentive and helped us make contact with guide who arranged good village tour and great boat trip on Lake Baringo. Community guides and village people were very friendly and knowledgeable.
