Our stay was simply magical and will remain one of our most beautiful travel memories. From the moment we arrived, we felt a warm and elegant atmosphere. The entire hotel staff deserves special praise: the reception team, housekeeping staff, waiters, and entertainment team were all incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I would especially like to thank Mehmet Kaan, who was truly exceptional throughout our stay. He was always smiling, available, and very helpful, assisting us with every request with genuine care and kindness. His professionalism and positive attitude made our experience even more special, and we are deeply grateful to him. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms, hallways, and all facilities were perfectly maintained. You can truly feel the attention to detail and the commitment to guests’ comfort. The food was absolutely amazing. Every meal was different, varied, and delicious. The buffets were rich, refined, and prepared with great care. Every dining experience was a pleasure. As for the activities, there was an incredible variety for all ages. The entertainment programs were dynamic, fun, and created a wonderful atmosphere from morning until night. This hotel is simply a dream. Everything is there for a perfect vacation: comfort, quality, atmosphere, and above all, the kindness of the people working there. Great hotel for family vacation with kids! The food was delicious, there is a lot of choise and different themes each night. Their program at night was also great, with mini disco for the kids and different shows each night. It was great also to receive by WhatsApp the program for the day. The pools were good, but in October it was a bit cold for swimming. We preferred staying on the beach that is right next to the hotel.

Despite our late arrival at the hotel, a sweet treat and some drinks were waiting for us in the room. The check-in process was lightning-fast - we didn’t even have to approach the reception desk, as the hotel staff took care of everything right in the lobby as soon as we arrived. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, and the view from the balcony was stunning - overlooking the sea, palm trees, and swimming pools. The selection of dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was enormous, including made-to-order omelets, pasta, and waffles. Every day, dinner had a different theme - Turkish, Italian, Mediterranean cuisine, and so on. Vegetarians will also find plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the snack food court, which served hot treats in the afternoon. Drinks were served by the staff. Additionally, there are À La Carte restaurants available, offering an even wider range of flavors to explore. Upon check-in, each guest is assigned a personal assistant who helps with daily matters. There’s also the option to use the airport shuttle bus (for an additional fee), which turned out to be a very convenient solution in our case.

The restaurant and bar are open 24/7, so you can always grab a snack or a drink whenever you like. The entire place is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. A special thanks to assistant Yaroslav, who made our stay extra comfortable with his kindness and attention to detail. “One week of relaxation”

Very friendly and helpful staff that manages to fix problems rather fast. Our first room had a strange smell and they directly offered us an alternative. The hotel is directly at the beach and even during high season there are always sunbeds available at the beach or the pool even at later hours (11-12). Even if you arrive late there is a 24 hours restaurant operating and an available minibar. Almost the whole staff speaks quite good English, German and Russian. To a nearby very big bazaar it is only 10-15 minutes by foot. From there a bus and a dolmus goes to Side and theoretically as well to Alanya.
