“I’m still a very unsatisfied customer, and I will not book a room at Hilton again.”
I emailed and called to cancel. After several attempts I was told only one of the 2 nights I reserved the night before could be canceled, but they still charged me for both nights. I had stayed at this hotel before, but I will not stay again. I still have not been refunded any of my money.

Our room was not cleaned, the bed was done, towels were not changed during our stay. No one let us know there is a new policy. not a nice surprise to come back in your room to find everything like we left it, not the way we wanted to be treated at a Hilton property.
