The location was ideal for day trips out of Okayama. Being in the station and centre of town it gave so many easy food options. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

So convenient literally being in the station. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. The room was great and the breakfast fantastic. We would stay here again.

“A good, no-frills hotel for short stays”
Via Inn Okayama was a comfortable and relatively clean hotel, best suited for a short stay. The location is excellent for access to the station, making travel very easy. The room was simple and the amenities were basic, offering a no-frills experience. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Compared to other hotels we stayed in for a similar price, it felt slightly expensive for the level of comfort and facilities provided. That said, there were no issues with the hotel itself, and it worked well for a one-night stopover. The beds were comfortable, although on the firmer side. Overall, it does the job without offering much beyond the essentials.

“Great base for visiting Okayama”
Great location at the station. We had a high floor room - no noise but great view of the trains! Efficient and comfortable hotel. A good base for our two nights in Okayama - really liked the city with good places to see, lots of restaurants .

“Comfortable hotel in Okayama”
Super comfortable place to stay! The room had a great view and was modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Laundry rooms were really convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is as good as it gets in Okayama.

“Great hotel”
Great location so close to the train and Aeon mall. Laundry facilities were great and there was a live laundry tracker on the tv so you could see how long was left in your machine. They were able to store our bags the next day until 5pm which helped us get out and explore before the train. The room was a good size, the bathroom was nice and well equipped, they also had extra amenities in the lobby.
