Beautiful guesthouse on a lovely street in Okayama, the guesthouse itself was very calm, with all the amenities you need, small kitchen and teas and the room was simple and beautiful. Staff were very nice and the place was comfy and clean

“Amazing for solo travellers”

Immaculately clean, and staff very nice and helpful. All very basic, but just enough (you get a futon to sleep on, showers/toilets are shared as stated), and as a bonus, there's a little lounge and kitchen. For the price, all good, and I slept soundly. And the torii are cute.

“Good place to have fun”
Really really cool space, wish had more time to spend there. they have great surroundings. Staff was super helpful, even though I was bit late he stayed till late waiting for me to check in.

This is a very cosy and welcoming hostel. You can bring in your luggage early which is super convenient. The philosophy of the hostel is amazing, it a has a soul. Kitchen is well equipped, there’s the cutest communal space at your service. Bunk beds are nice and there’s a lot of options for extra heating, so necessary in winter. Staff is great!!

Really great vibes! Amazing & helpful staff who speaks really good english. They also have a brochure/ map specifically curated to introduce visitors to the lesser known sights/ cool places in Okayama, which I found really thoughtful. They also have a spacious and well equipped kitchen.

My room had a bunk bed and was conveniently close to the bathroom. The water was very warm, which was great. They also offer bike rentals, though I wasn’t able to get one since they were all in use.”

The place is awesome, it is very cozy and feels like home. It is on a very interesting shopping street that has a retro feel to it. The stores next to the hostel is a street wear stitching studio where they can make on demand stitching work done, the guys working there are super nice ! The staff were all very nice and welcoming. You have full privacy and the beds are comfortable.

“Cool place for a short stay”
Nice place for a 2 days stay (and base to go to Naoshima) and really appreciated the concept of it being part of project from artsy and creative people. The two sinks and two bathrooms were perfect and it was cool to have a map of recommended places around.

“Convenient for a overnight stay”
Little quaint place for local feels. Best for a night or two stay in Okayama A shopping arcade close by, in case of anything is needed, this could be handy, along with a 7/11
