The hotel had parking Room was spacious enough for 2 people Room was clean, enven though it needs a facelift and TLC

The free breakfast was very convenient and the happy hour drink just great. Plenty of free stuff to use and room cleaning quiet but efficient. As there was a fault with one of the lights in our room, we were asked to shift, and the new room was enormous, spacious, two double beds and handicapped style shower.

Everything going very well!! The smile from all the staff and receptionist, the great attitude to serve foreign customers are well on par as a Japan Hotel standard!! The big plus for me is the pillow are perfectly fit my sleeping posture!! I even ask them what’s the brand of the pillow that i would like to buy a few pcs from them!!

Everything was perfect,great location 15/20mins walk from JRStation ,,plenty to do and see,close at hand,a nice canal walk,shops galore,,i did a night walk around Okayama Castle which was a blast,awesome pics taken,,the staff were amazing and the maid service second to none!,I had the most amazing maid who went above and beyond with the cleaning,always with a smile,,Kuretake Inn Arigatō gozaimasu.

Nice hotel in a very handy position. At the right distance from the station and the center. Convenient for vehicles or to move on foot. The room was large and comfortable; the bed large and comfortable; the decor a little agée, old-fashioned. And it shows. Bathroom in the norm. Satisfactory breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

All hotel Staff were friendly. Happy hour was a nice feature. Hotel was clean and facilities were without issues and worked well. There are some excellent restaurants and a mall nearby to eat at.

“Terrible”

One of the worsts hotels I have ever been, I was literally shocked that I experience something like this in Japan. Room comfort was ok, breakfast was terrible and bathtub was dirty. We did not expect superb quality for the price, but comparing to other places in similar prices accross Japan, it was lightyears BEHID every other hotel we were staying at. .Breakfast was terrible, first day the only thing that looked eadible was bread but the bread itself tasted like it was there for at least a day already. Second day they did not even bother to add anything ( we arrive at 9am at the breakfast and 99% of the food was already gone - well maybe its better cause anyway it looked like we can get food poisoning from it) so we left and went to eat somewhere else. What is more the bathtub was dirty, it was not old look, it was just dirty.

The staff is very friendly, the location is around 15 minutes from Okayama Station and it's easy to navigate around. The check-in process was super easy and quick! Microwave, coin laundry on the 4th floor was really benri 😊

Nice and friendly hotel with helpful staff and good facilities. Great happy hour in the evening and I am slowly adapting to Japanese breakfast which was interesting for a European.
