I love its location and it’s a very comfortable hotel. The staff are excellent and extremely welcoming and helpful. I am repeat customer here as it’s a very short walk from the JR station.

Location is within walkable distance to some tourist attractions including Korakuen Garden, Okayama Castle, The Ashigawa Canal Walk. Two big shopping malls are round the corners - Takashimaya, Aeon Mall. Eateries are plenty around.

Didn't have breakfast Upon entering the hotel we were assisted by Cherry Fujiwara who was able to help us in English which was great. She arranged baggage storage and a cab to visit the castle and gardens which was very much appreciated. After checking in we met Koji Asano who was superb. His attention to detail was outstanding and he was able to give us advice in a number of areas which made our time in Okayama so much better. My wife had a broken foot and the service we received through out our stay was exemplary.

convenient to trains and buses for day trips to Kurashiki and Naoshima Island and exploring Okayama. Friendly reception staff and concierge. locatoon handy if rainy with cafes and shops on Aon Mall witu access undercover via 2nd floor

“Highly recommend staying here”
The location is brilliant. We walked undercover from the station to the hotel and there were a lot of dining options close by. The staff at checkin and on the door were incredibly helpful and answered all our queries. There was 7.30m yoga which ws a great way to start the day and although we did not use the pool or saunna, it looked terrific. The room was great - standard for Japoan in terms of size, but very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very high quality hotel. Beautiful decor, and immaculate. Staff were professional, attentive and kind. The location is excellent near the station. Breakfast was very good.
