Good location, only ~10-minutes from station, on the flat. Very friendly & helpful staff although, for me, Google Translate was good to have as staff's English was limited. Breakfast was good and the food varied each day - good as the choice on any one day was a little small. Good to have phone charge points by the bed. I left behind something when I left, but the staff were kind enough to send it on to my next hotel.

Convenient location, there is a large Aeon mall near by too.

Perfect location - under 10 minute walk to the main station. Also there are a host of different supermarkets, cheap discount stores to get small items like face masks. My room was very clean, it was quiet and perfect for my three night stay.

Onsen facilities were great. Less than 10 minutes from Okayama station. Comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Location was great, quiet but close to a JR station and a big mall. The room is not huge but has decent floor space to open two luggages at the same time. Bathroom amenities were also generous. The hotel staff were really friendly and accomodating; it made for a pleasant stay.

Staff were accommodating to the fact I don’t speak Japanese. I’ve stayed in a lot of spa’s the last couple of years and this was the biggest room I’ve had. The hotel is perfect walking distance from the station and a shopping mall.
