Room haven't been cleaned during our entire 3 days stay, when we asked to be cleaned the receptionist said that they sometime comes (???) Laundry was braught back wet and unfolded Room was small for a 5 people family

Nice large outdoor kitchen, sound of birds, the villas are separated by beautiful gardens, pool was great, quiet property, I don't think the restaurant/ bar were open but a very cool set up when it does. When you book you get an email full of great recommendations and a hard copy when you arrive. I actually think a Sedan would make it up the road, not as treacherous as many of the Costa Rican roads I've been on. What I like most of all was that Casey the owner and Helder the manager really helped us out above and beyond and because of that we enjoyed the end of our vacation way more than we could have ever expected.

The property has been renovated over the last few years and it looks wonderful! The owner has made upgrades such as a yoga deck, outdoor workspaces, a games area and a lounge . The pool is located in a beautiful setting with evening lighting, gazebo and lounge chairs on the deck. The pool is well kept and clean. The villas are very nice and clean, with outdoor patios and kitchens. All the staff are excellent, in particular Casey (owner), Helder (manager), Kenneth and Carlos are extremely friendly and always offering to help you in any way they can. Helder is always available to answer questions, help with information on local attractions and address any concerns. The property has a beautiful setting and we always felt safe and comfortable.
