“Exceptional studio in beautiful, convenient location.”

The studio is in a beautiful location, overlooking a field with goats and a river (for a swim!) with mountain views in the background. Comfortable outdoor furniture to sit and relax or have meals. It's an easy walk to Potes along the river. Although not large, the studio is very well laid out and equipped to a high standard. Two large windows make the most of the view and let in lots of light. Everything you need is there. The studio is attached to the owner's house so you have their garden in front but you also have privacy and parking under a car port. Fernando and his wife are perfect hosts. They are very friendly and welcoming and provide any information or help you might need. They even did some washing for us, which we desperately needed having arrived after a few days walking in exceptional heat! Even though they had to go away for a few days, we felt very well looked after. We'd highly recommend a stay here if you want a Potes base.

“Excellent”

The location is excellent. It is attached to the owner's home but separated by a garage/storeroom. The windows overlook the river valley and it feels very private. The view is very pleasant. Parking is very good and secure - right outside the apartment. The location is very quiet.

Wonderful warm welcome from Fernando. Next to a river peaceful and wonderful mountain views. Parking on property. The cottage is tastefully decorated and clean. It was a pleasure to come back to in the evening after a day’s sightseeing. Highly recommended.

“Perfectly Peaceful”

El Nial de Los Pinos is a most wonderful property, situated in idyllic surroundings. The host Leonardo provided excellent directions which led us to our accommodation. Peacefulness was guaranteed and greatly enjoyed during our four day stay. Located close to Potes and access to many spectacular sightseeing routes. The accommodation was very well appointed and had everything needed. We would certainly plan to return to this location again.

Everything and our friendly landlord was present when needed but was not intrusive. We had a machine malfunction which was sorted to our satisfaction. The views of the mountains and the river were superb. The garden was lovely. Easy parking. Good WiFi. Small but adequate kitchen. Bed was comfy. Shower was great.

The location was great with a lovely view over the river and valley. The apartment is joined to the main house but felt very private and not overlooked at all. Parking was very secure, being inside the property boundary. Very quiet at night. Local amenities (groceries, fuel) were all within 1 km. Lots of local walking options. Fuente Dé with cable car access to the higher ground is only a short distance away. Spotlessly clean! Host very welcoming and helpful.
