The atmosphere and staff were absolutely great-- friendly, helpful, fun to talk to, but not intrusive. It feels personal, not stuffy, but guest privacy is respected.

The location was great, near but not in the town. There is a bike path/trail just outside the back gate, so one can walk into town quite easily. We had a room at the back of the property, so it was quiet - no road noise.

“Would absolutely stay again!”
We had an excellent stay. The hotel is really lovely and very well located. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. We were in room 6 which was towards to back of the property -this was helpful with road noise reduction as the property is right off of the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is super cute with a grassy area and hammocks to lounge and spread out a bit. We enjoyed the coffee and little cookies in the lobby each morning as well.

I had a very nice stay there, the rooms featured very tall ceilings and felt more spacious than they looked in the photos. There's a little walking/bike path behind the area to get to the main strip of town too.

Was able to walk everywhere. The fire pit was AWESOME! This would be a great event space. The hammocks we so relaxing.

“Stay in Ojai”
Great property and rooms. Staff were super friendly and we particularly enjoyed the pool set up with a cute bar right next to it.
