Lovely designed hotel, great rooms, lovely big bed and very friendly staff.

The room was exceptionally comfortable with it's own hot tub which was a real treat and so incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. I loved the pool and Jacuzzi, and the inclusion of breakfast within the price was also such a welcome bonus.

It has character and lots of quirky elements such as a saddle outside our door. There is a nice pool area.

“Very un helpful staff in every way!”

We had booked and paid for accomodation at Chantico Inn and had to cancel our trip at the last minute due to unforseen illness. I contacted the property staight away to let them know of the situation. I certainly was not expecting a refund but a credit would have been grately appreciated! In order to get what we were hoping for, it took 8 telephone calls, no one ever returned our calls! It seems like the staff are terrified of the owner or cannot make a decision for themselves! I do not recommend this place!

Bed was hard to get into. No proper desk inside. Their breakfast is good to excellent EXCEPT THE WAFFLE IRON WHICH RESULTED IN STUCK BURNT WAFFLES--Will only work with excessive Crisco spray top and bottom of irons.

Bed and quiet

“The facility is beautiful and very cozy. The decor is well appointed.”

The room was beautiful with a stained glass window. I was very surprised to have a private patio with table and chairs.The breakfast was spare. Nothing special at all.

The place is strategically located and near everywhere. It's not bad at all for the price of it. Although be mindful that there is a service cleaning fee of $25 dollars when you book. Which is kind of odd if you ask me. Frontdesk is very accomodating.
