Cean and super spacious room. The experience levels up once you explore the facilities in the hotel. Amazing view of the mountains and city at the top floor. Indoor pool and a gym fit for any serious gym buff. Best of all there's an onsen and sauna. The breakfast selection was full of local dishes As i was walking to the lift after breakfast, the staff even walk over to press the lift for me. Im impressed by all this small pleasant experience the staff does fior their guest. Highgly recommended hotel if yoy happen to visit this city. Definitely will choose this hotel next time.

The twin standard room got enough space,

Extra bed quality so bad difficult to sleep.

Location was good , free car parking which adjacent to the hotel is very convenient; staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful; room is spacious and clean, beds are comfortable; level 1 laundry room is very convenient.

Location of the hotel is on a busy road but our room is quiet. What we like is they have a covered place to park our bikes and many kind of drink and juice at breakfast.

“Good quality”

The room was spacious, and we were able to see sunrise from the room. The bed, chair and shower were all comfortable. There were convenient stores, a 24H supermarket and a post office nearby.

Location was good, not many restaurants around besides an izakaya called DONDON, pretty worth trying

“Solid 4 star hotel”

A lovely hotel with good size room and onsen and pool. The breakfast was good and a reasonable selection. The staff as always in Japan wonderful.

Very modern, clean and beautiful. The restaurant was first class and only 2000 Yen for the full smorgasbord. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they even validated my parking which was free.

The hotel is older but that is fine as the rooms are bigger and our room was immaculately clean. We only had an over night stay and was perfect for us. The staff were a pleasure and very helpful.

“Convenient location, although a bit shabby and rundown in places.”

The hotel is conveniently situated near to Oita Train Station and general amenities; generally good facilities at the hotel, gym, pool and a number of function rooms. the concierge was very helpful for booking taxis. Parking was free for guests too which is rarities in this part of Oita, although if you are planning to use one, there are times when the facilities are full.

The very large rooftop pool 🏊🏼 however both of us caught a very nasty bacteria infection in the hat whirlpool spa next to it... better avoid it!

The room we finally were assigned was newly renovated (level 10) and comfortable. The gym and pool are very good (run separately to the hotel but allowed to use).

“Very nice western style hotel”

A very nice, modern hotel that has an excellent gym. Two huge rooms, one with actual free weights, pin-weight machines and benches! Buffet breakfast was a little underwhelming from the point of view of a western palate. There is a nice drop off area if you arrive by car, and plenty of outdoor free parking onsite.
