“Comfortable one night stay with good service”
Room is clean and well equipped with amenities. Love the Refa hair dryer in the room.

This is a very good hotel. The room was large with good facilities and comfortable bed. The staff were excellent. Binus- underground parking with elevator straight into hotel lobby. No advance booking for breakfast but you can pay on the day or add to your room charge. I had breakfast on my last morning- good selection, well cooked foods.

I left my sunglasses at another hotel, and have to had it sent earlier to Nikko Oita who kindly accepted and paid on my behalf before I checked in..Great service.

“4-star hotel in a location nearby JR Oita station. Good base to visit Usuki and Beppu.”
Room and location - The hotel is central -about 10 min walk from JR Oita Station and it is convenient to drive to with a rent-a-car.

“Unexpectedly good and comfortable”

“Overall a pleasant stay”
It is a short walk to the Shotengai and you can access it easily by going to the 2nd floor of the hotel, all the way being sheltered. The staff were very helpful and friendly and even offered us locally made Kabosu drinks for opting out of having our room cleaned daily. As we requested for a baby cot, they were able to arrange for one in our room and provided child toiletries in the room and even at check-in too. The hotel is located beside Oasis Tower which has a Family Mart so buying some snacks was easy and convenient.

“Excellent location and Comfortable rooms”
Located near the shopping street in Oita and walking distance to Amu plaza mall. Room was clean. We had amazing views of the township, Beppu and mountains close by. Breakfast spread was excellent with local and continental delights!

The staff were all very nice and professional (they speak really good English as well). They put me on high floor and I can see the Oita city, very nice view.
