“Comfortable stay”
The hotel location is good as it is near to a shopping street and many restaurants. The breakfast is nice too.

“Good basic accommodation in a good location”

The room was comfortable and good size. Had good sleep. The staff was polite & helpful. When asked for extra pillows, provided within 10 minutes. Love the toiletries. Will recommend family & friends to stay.

“It’s just a business hotel for locals only and don’t expect much if you only speak english”

Incredible hotel for the price Has everything needed in the room Kind staff (they kindly, and without issue, cancelled a double-booking that i had accidentally made) Room is clean and fancy, and big for a single person Available to check in extremely late Quite central Good tv channels Provides an excellent breakfast, with lots of regional food, for an additional ¥1,500

The carpet was unclean. A garbage was left in sanitary bag at toilet. There is a need for improvement on hygiene level of room service.

“Amazing”
The location is very convenient, lots of bus stop nearby, and the breakfast is delicious, with all of the friendly and very kind staff...they accommodate us with warm genuine smile on their faces...amazing place to stay..I will definitely come again...

“short sweet and very nice staff.”
We really enjoyed how close it was to the station, there are many shops and convenience close by too. We did karaoke near by and it was so much fun! Our best experience with staff too in Japan as we left a bag on a train in Kumamoto and the staff at my stays helped us get it back by translating what it looked like and the time of the train arriving etc. Thank you so much!
