“Hotel is quite a distance from JR Oita Station. We can’t see the Green Rich Hotel sign but saw DR Green Hotel. There is”
Room is clean and comfortable but no Onsen bath. Breakfast is good. Buffet Western and Japanese. Very good for the price for a night stay.

“A well-located hotel”
Close proximity to JR Oita station, OPAM, market plus loads of shops and eateries. Staff are friendly and very helpful even though not all of them can speak good English. I told one of the staff to please clean my room but seemed like she didn't understand because when I came back in the evening the room was left untouched. I went down to the front to ask for some new towels and one of the staff helped me sort this out in such a hearty manner.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful with our requests. The breakfast was very nice too. The room is a little small for two people but it's in a convenient location and it was quiet for us.

“It was cheap but out-dated.”
The location was good about 400 meters from the station. The house keeping could be improved. Some of the areas in the room were dusty & room decors were out-dated.
