“Cant recommend because bed was extremely hard, even for Japan.”
Good location.Breakfast quite good.Usual dormy inn de cor.Two proper chairs.Free top loading washing machines and inexpensive dryers.

Very close to train station.check in and out like a breeze. Room is clean and spacious. I love the free onsen and its facilties. Keep up the good work. I will stay in Dormy inn in my next visit.

Great location near the station. Very easy to walk and check in from the train station. Very happy overall. The room is a bit small but it is fine.

“Nice and comfortable stay”
The staff were friendly. The place was clean. I like the hot bath area with free drinks and ice cream. Location is very near the station so very convenient to travel around.

Dormy hotel Oita had a great location outside Oita station. We experienced the onsen on the top floor - it was great. Hotel also had a lot of free perks such as noodles in the night, yakult in the morning and ice cream. No issues with the service staff.

Location is excellent, just opposite to Oita Station. There are many restaurants, cafe and shops around that area. Ice cream and ice pops are provided after onsen. Free Noodles are served after 9:30pm. Breakfast is nice that meet dormy inn standard.

The room and facilities are very comfortable. The service attitude is nice, as expected in Japanese style. A wonderful accommodation experience. The hot spring is also very clean and leaves a lasting impression.
