“Great facilities, awesome dinner, wonderful pools, but terrible pool ticketing system and breakfast”
The dinner buffet was really worth it, the rooms were very clean and staff were helpful and smiling. The pools were the main reason why we chose to go there, and we were not disappointed as the children had a total blast!

“Hotel for Relax”
The specious Onsen included as a hotel facility make everyone so happy to relax after the long day. With the Onsen provided, the quality / price is good. Without Onsen, it can be too pricy. The room is quite big and clean.

The spa (they charge extra) is amazing. It was a little confusing that it was extra charge as the onsen is included, but when you’re at the Spa area, it’s amazing. Super modern and clean.

“The outside long pool did not work, we knew after arrived at hotel.”
The restaurant staff was very rude to communication. When I went to a Chinese restaurant he just asked me 何が, and they do not want to answer me, just saw me as so low-level person. And we went to eat dinner outside and also did not eat breakfast.
