Perfect view, big apartment, great host , everything was clean , lot of Space:). Quite good restaurant is nearby the house 5 minutes by foot. One thing u have to be prepared is the car. The road is I think too dangerous and extreme? to walk to the city, but It's 10/15 minutes from the centre of Ohrid by car, so you can easily got there :). Actually the road has a lot of serpentines. I think the good is to rent a car with automatic gearbox, but if you ever drive in mountains it shouldn't be a problem for ya :). Apartment is definitely worth of his price:)

Very nice garden and comfortable appartement with everything you need. Great restaurant 10 minuten Walking to the upper village. Hiking path to the mountains starts from the accomodation.

The accommodation is excellent and the view is stunning. The neighborhood is safe with beautiful nature. 100 metres away is a great restaurant where you can have breakfast. The host was very helpful and attentive, and there is parking in front of the house. The book with recommendations with Ohrid highlights is so useful. Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money.

The villa is situated halfway up the mountain and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The view is absolutely stunning. The hammock completes the picture! The host is easy to reach. You can get extra toilet paper, and we received clean towels. You can reach the center of Ohrid by car in just under fifteen minutes.

Nice place to stay. Easy communication. Smooth check-in and check-out. Parking lot. Well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. Fantastic view from the window. Good value for money. Recommended!

Vila Velestovo is truly amazing spot at the lake of Ohrid. Firstly, we were stunned by the views from the apartment, and apartment itself was spotless clean! This was the cleanest apartment of all my stays so far! Bed is super comfortable, kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you want to cook yourself. Communication with Angie on the phone was smooth , she is super helpful , responsive and she would do everything she can to accommodate you even though she is not present at the Vila. Local staff is also very welcoming, friendly and entire surroundings are simply beautiful! Property has also wonderful sauna with panoramic window , an absolute must go for sauna lovers. This a place to come back!:) Tips: restaurant in village Velestovo, 10min walk from apartment - Domakjinska kukja is the best restaurant we have visited during our week travels in NM. best to have own car, but it is easy to get taxi to the village or to city of Ohrid for reasonable prices.

The accommodation is outstanding. Very clean, comfortable, breathtaking view and the host is one of the nicest we have ever met. Besides all necessary appliances you will also find a booklet with information about the region, attractions, restaurants, etc in the apartment and a sauna outside. There is a lot of love put into the place, which you can feel in every corner. To be mobile and to easily get to the place it is advisable to have a car.
