“We had a great stay for two nights at Villa Tema”

The rooms were beautiful, very clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Beds were super comfy and the location was really quiet and with lots of houses around. Heaps of parking on site.

The property was brand new. Everything was fine. Rich breakfast. Above all, the owner! Zoran was really helpful and kind. Totally recommended.

The owner is truly friendly and takes good care of his guests. The location is fabulous and really relax. Breakfast was exceptional and the room was very comfortable.

Very kind and helpful host. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Parking space was guaranteed. The location is about 15-20 mins walking distance from the center/lake. Villa Tema is preferable to staying in the old part of town if you arrive by car, because the old part of town is hard to navigate with a car and park due to tight streets and corners.

“Quiet, relaxing and very home-like!”

The breakfast was very local and enjoyable. It added to the home-comfort of the accommodation. The location was perfect. Accessible to the city centre but also away from it and all the noise. The place was very quiet which made it a perfect place to relax.

Clean, comfortable, high standard. An absolute winner out of all stays on our almost three weeks trip trough ex-YU (on my behalf). The owner knows what a guest needs. Top value for money. And a superb breakfast.

We stayed at the villa Tema for two nights and had a great time. The host was very friendly and helpful. I asked if it was possible to have some gluten-free and dairy-free options for breakfast, and he made sure our daughter got the special diet recommended by the doctor. Breakfast was simple but healthy, and we even got homemade apricot jam from the host. The parking was covered, which was really nice. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

“A decent pension in the outskirts of Ohrid”

Vila Tema is a small pension in the outskirts of Ohrid. The apartment we rented is more a studio: a decently sized room with a small kitchenette with a sink, a cooker and an electric kettle. Basic dishes and cutlery are provided. In the room there’s also a fridge. The double bed is very big and quite comfortable, there’s also a big sofa, a small wardrobe and TV. The room is airconditioned and has a terrace. Since the residence is located uphill there’s a view on the city and lake, especially nice during sunset. The bathroom is quite small, that must have been recently renewed, so is a bright spot. In the garden there’s a pavilion with tables and benches available for guests to make bbq or so. There’s also a seesaw for children. We came with a small kid and asked for a baby crib, which was waiting in the room when we arrived. The owner was waiting for us upon arrival to provide all necessary information and was available during stay to provide support if required, being friendly and helpful. He also served breakfast daily, which has some simple choice of products, but the owner always tried also to provide fresh, local products and also tried to get something for our kid. Certainly we were not leaving hungry.

Great breakfast. Nice view on the city. Very nice and clean apartment, fully equipped.

We spent a whole day in Ohrid, really good place to stay, the owner was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast too! The bathroom is spacious and nicely finished.
