“Highly recommended”
A quite and very comfortable place for the visit of Ohrid! Unfortunately weather was not good enough to use the nice pool & area around. Taxi to the town center was only 4 €,

Lovely and helpful staff. Fresh and delicious breakfast. The apartment was modern, spacious and spotless. Around 15 min walk to the old town. The lake is just down the street.

“Top sum up - This is a great place to stay if anyone is visiting Ohrid.”
I was staying at Villa Kotlar for 2 nights with family from France. Great hospitality by the owners, politeness, good communication and flexibility. The property is pretty new, clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is very pleasant. They also have a nice pool with a tiny bar should one prefers to enjoy a drink by the pool and to soak the sun. Great place to stay if anyone is visiting Ohrid.

“Loved it”
We stayed for 3 nights — 2 adults and a teenager — room on the 2nd floor with a pool view. The villa, breakfast, service, staff, pool, etc. — everything was perfect. The nights were very quiet. It’s about a 10-minute easy walk to the first restaurants and shops, and just a few more minutes to the bazaar. An Albanian bakery and a few small street shops are only a few metres away. It’s a maximum of 25 minutes on foot to the Ohrid port and old town. In the other direction, it’s only a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel along Lake Ohrid to the hill where you can start walking up to the fortress. If we come back to Ohrid, I will definitely book Villa Kotlar again — we loved it. The prices at their bar are also very good. 10 out of 10 :)

“A comfortable and new hotel”
A modern and new small hotel that was comfortable and had a good room with a nice view of the fort. A good breakfast, friendly staff and beautiful to walk along the lake into the city

“Beautiful villa”
Everything was perfect, the whole place was extremely clean, rooms are nice decorated, just to my taste. Owners are super helpful and very nice, breakfast was very tasty. City centre is few minutes away, one of the room had a fortress view, the other one pool view. I can imagine myself relaxing at pool in the summer. Thank you very much for making our stay beautiful,

The accommodation was very nice, breakfast was delicious. No problem with renting a car. 20 min. romantic walk with a lake view to the old town. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. 🙂🙏🏻

Вилата е модерна и прекрасно уредена. Собата (103) беше комотна и имаше се што ни е потребно, вклучувајќи и тераса со поглед кон базенот. Доручекот беше вкусен. Вилата е на мирна локација, на 100м од брегот на езерото. Таму се наоѓа паркингот и игралиште за дечиња.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, great facilities, loved the scenic walk into the town by the lake, useful parking and nice clean room ! Hotel not big in capacity so has a wonderful boutique feel.

“The perfect place to stay in Ohrid”
Everything was perfect! I have to highlight to staff members and the manager, they were always so nice and helpful. Our room was perfect, I have zero complaint about it, the beds were comfy, and we loved the balcony. The pool was a little bit cold but at the time of our travel but there were many deckchairs , so we could sun bathe. Honestly we loved the variety of the breakfast selection, everyone can find something the would like. Overall, we loved everything and we'll definitely come back to the city and choose this hotel again.
