Great location and a fantastic view on the lake from the balcony. Ana is a great hostess, we had such a warm welcome and she supported us during the whole stay. She made sure for us to arrive the best possible way and helped us to leave the city early to catch our flight home. It ticks all the boxes and even more :) We would definitely recommend Villa Dudanov to anyone who wants to visit Ohrid!

“THE BEST CHOİCE”

I can confidently recommend Villa Dudanov as the only place to stay in Skopje. The location is perfect - walking distance to the city center, cafes, and public transport, yet quiet and away from the noise. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. The villa is well-maintained with a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout. Communication with the host was super easy, they responded quickly to all our questions and gave great local recommendations. You get more than you pay for here. If I come back to Skopje, this will definitely be my address again. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Anna (the host) was so helpful and lovely, she made our stay - helping us book everything including taxi, winery visit and restaurants. The location was amazing, right at the centre of the old town sites and easy access to the water.

Villa Dudanov’s greatest strength is its location. It is perfectly positioned just a few steps from the lakeside boardwalk, making it easy to walk to Kaneo Church, the old town and many of Ohrid’s best waterfront restaurants. Having dedicated parking immediately outside is a real advantage in this part of Ohrid, where parking can otherwise be difficult to find. All of the rooms appear to benefit from front-facing balconies overlooking the lake, which is a lovely feature and a great place to start or end the day. Ana was an exceptional host. She made contact before our arrival with clear instructions and recommendations, welcomed us personally, and was always available to offer advice on places to visit, restaurants and local activities. Her friendliness and local knowledge really helped you feel connected to the town and enhanced our stay. The accommodation itself is comfortable and well located, but the combination of the outstanding location, lake views, convenient parking and Ana’s hospitality is what makes Villa Dudanov such a good choice for a visit to Ohrid.

Amazing host, very center location, few steps from the main restaurant zone. We had a balkony with the lake view, a place for the car and a lot of tips from the owner!

The Villa was very well situated in the centre of the UNESCO part of the city. With a private porch where you can relax and bath in the lake. Also the room was very nice and well equipped with a shared kitchenette on each floor.

The room was spotless, and the balcony was a wonderful addition. The TV featured live broadcasts of top soccer leagues, which was a great bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Ana is the perfect host , offering advice, booking restaurants , nothing is too much trouble . The apartment is spotless with wonderful views and balcony . It’s equipped with anything you might need . The location is brilliant right next to lake in the old town . Very short walks to restaurants etc . Can’t recommend highly enough

“Fantastic location, view, host and on-site parking”

Everything was amazing! The host was awesome and gave us an upgraded apartment with a great view down to the lake and lots of space. The location, the really comfortable bed, the excellent recommendations and genuine helpfulness from Ana. Parking on-site, then not needing our car for our stay. A shared kitchen if you wanted it. (No ATM fee at Silk Road Bank…not sure about other Banks)
