Located directly on the promenade along Lake Ohrid and only 300 metres from Ohrid’s Old Town, City Palace Hotel offers a restaurant and free WiFi access. The room was relatively small, but it had a balcony with a partial lake view, which made it feel much more enjoyable. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the old town center and the lakeside promenade with boat tours and excursions. The hotel has its own restaurant and café, and there are many other restaurants and bars nearby if you want more variety. Breakfast was generous and surprisingly diverse, especially the selection of local pastries and traditional sweets, in addition to the usual eggs, cheese, cold cuts, and other standard options. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring Ohrid.

The location is great on the promenade and across from the lake. The room is spacious and the bathroom is luxurious. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

“Perfect hotel with beautiful view”
The room was clean with balcony and beautifull view on the lake. The bed was very comfortable. There was also safebox and minibar. The breakfast was very tasty and also big choice of warm and cold food.

This hotel is right to the lake. It is easy to get in to the city or walk next to the lake. Breakfast was good. Personal was friendly. We had deluxe room, so it was huge and we had balcony with view on the lake. The beds were too soft, so beware if that bothers you.

“Lovely place on the promenade”
The hotel is right on the lake promenade, near all places of interest. Both of our rooms had beautiful views, they were warm, nicely decorated, clean and cosy. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff were polite and willing to help.

Everything was great!! Cute small hotel by Ohrid lake with a beautiful water front view! Very close to the old town and the major sites. Many restaurants and shops around. Staff is very friends and helpful breakfast was great! Great value for money! So it was really perfect! Thank you all!

The staff here are warm and hospitality! The view from my room is nice and although they start breakfast at 8, but for people leave early they also have lunch box for it!

“Fifty Fifty.”
Views are excellent from lake facing balcony. Location is superb. Decent breakfast. Shower huge and powerful. Friendly cleaning staff.
