“Perfect accommodation for a stay at Lake Ohrid”

Location was excellent, spacious apartment with comfortable living area. The apartment was in good condition and very clean. WiFi worked very well. Ljupco (apt manager) was very helpful, gave good recommendations, contactable during stay if required.

As a budget solo traveller I only need a clean bed, electric, hot water and WiFi. Anything else is a bonus and Apartment Nika has a lot of bonuses including a South facing balcony, washing machine, separate bedroom, private bathroom, cooking facilities, fridge, well equipped kitchen, towels, sliders and a TV. Immaculately clean. Friendly and courteous host who communicates well. I could quite happily live there. 👍

It was wonderful journey, with so many interesting locations around the Ohrid lake, Ljubce, the host at Nika apartment also was very kind, helpful and sociable, the apartment was very clean and comfy. The heating in the apartment could be better during cold days, and the pillows in the bedroom a bit softer, but these are just minor details compared to the overall excellent service and the ideal location. At the end, all the best to Ljubce and his team in this year!

Very kind host, ready to help and always on dispose. Apartment is near city market, exchange office, supermarkets, It is near center, but in guiet neighborhood. Excellent value for money.

Apartment is on a great location near center, excellent equipped and the owner are very pleasant.

Everything was great. The host are extremely nice and great communicators. The apartment is with nice new furntire and clean. It is 2 steps from the city centre and all the good restaurants and touristic places.

Spacious apartment with a central location. All the comfort you need, there is even a washing machine. Balcony to sit outdoor. Always nice and cool in the building. The busstation is 20 min walk from the apartment.

Very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the old town and a short walk to the lake. Nice little balcony for sitting out on with views to the fortress.

“Spacious and great location”

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The host was extremely helpful. The day we were checking out, there was a water issue in the area and he arranged water for us and also took us to a closeby place for us to freshen up. The location of the apartment is great too.

It was my second time at Nika and I love this place. It's on the first floor, has their own parking lot at the back of the building and it takes 5 minutes on foot to get to the main pedestrian zone of Ohrid (even with kids). The apartment has separate bedroom which is nice especially when you're traveling with the whole family. I also liked the living room - big, clean and nice.

Fantastic place for single travelers and families. I was really impressed. Nice beds, a lot of space, kitchen and helpful owner who really took care of me and my two kids. They have private parking spot behind the building. And the apartment is on the 1st floor which is a big advantage, especially when you come with family and a lot of stuff. 5 minutes on foot to the main pedestrian zone in Ohrid. Recommended!

Stunning apartment in a residential building. It is appropriate both for staying for a couple of days and for living. 1. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and equipped with new furniture 2. 10 minutes walk to the lake. 3. There is a stove, small fridge, all the necessary utensils in the kitchen 4. There is a large TV with smart TV function and an air-conditioner in the living room 5. Combined bathroom, good water pressure, there is also a washing machine 6.Wi-fi works well, the speed is fast enough 7. Beds: large double bed in the bedroom; two single beds and two sofas in the living room. 8. the apartment has a large balcony with a table so you can have a meal there and enjoy the view 9. There is an iron for your service 10. The host is nice and welcoming, always ready to help.
