In the heart of the Condroz and at the gates of the Ardennes, the Domaine sur les Sarts is an 18th century castle-farm transformed into luxury suites & gîtes with a restaurant, a spa and a well-being center as well as reception rooms or seminar The spa includes a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, traditional sauna, relaxation room, treatment and massage room. The garden includes an eco-lodge area with a biological swimming pond, a stretch tent, several terraces and rest areas as well as a poolhouse (panoramic sauna & whirlpool) and a heated swimming pool. A restaurant set up in the stables of the old Seigneurie offers a cuisine that represents a good balance between local products, gourmet food and discovery. You can also discover the Condroz, a privileged region where the art of living naturally is cultivated, in a rural area dear to the hearts of those who love charming villages, superb landscapes and beautiful castles from another age.

“Amazing location, facilities and restaurant.”
Very nice suite. Beautiful outside area with sauna, swimming pools and jacuzzi's. Inside pool and sauna. Massage was really good. Friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but nice and more than enough. The food in the restaurant was amazing!

The size of the room, i had a 2bedroom suite. The hotel is a renovated farm from the 18th century and located among the fields with beautiful landscaped garden.

Amazingly beautiful territory and the hotel itself. Cozy atmosphere and spa. Good swimming pools. Few people - a great plus of the place!!! Very nice restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

“Not the best”
Nice location and some wellness facilities are the plus part. Please double check the details of the hotel before you book. The check out time is 10AM. It’s quite early. And the b’fast is only served from 8:00 till 9:30., what a time slot. We arrived around 6PM, and there was a receptionist who brought us to the room and explained how everything works. The room that we booked was one of the suite with a sauna in the room. Very impressive. But the room is very chilly and the heater wasn’t work. Need to put extra cloth in while sleeping. The worst thing happened in the morning when we wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. Even after 10 minutes let the shower running. Then we decided to take a shower at wellness areas. Sadly there is no staffs around.

“Quite underwhelming experience.”
The accommodation is located in the middle of nowhere, has a nice 'old-time' atmosphere and offers some good wellness facilities. The staff is friendly and the suite was quite sizeable. Nice breakfast options.
