It was a last-minute booking and we arrived late in the night, everything was arranged. The apartment was located close to the motorway , and it was very easy to find it. We had a big terrace in our room with a beautiful view of the mountains.

“A nightmare”
The owner asked me my arrival time and then never answered me back; when I got to the hotel nobody was there, I only found a paper with my room number and my name. The bed was very uncomfortable, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the window did not have good shutters, the area of the B&B was dark and far from the center. The check-out was at 12, yet at 8.40 an employee of the structure repeatedly knocked on my door while I was sleeping, asking me to pay for the accommodation. Then, when I left the room, the owner told me he got no information about me having already paid and had to call the employee
