“Amazing place for lovely family holidays”

It’s even better in real than on the pictures. It’s beautiful, clean, with perfect facilities for people with children. The staff was really helpful and nice! Would definitely come back again!

Very kind, helpful, and positive staff. Everything was perfect and sparkling clean - room, spa zone, shared area. Great location, great view. Wonderful place to stay when in Ognyanovo. We highly recommend it, and we'd love to stay there again. Thank you, Waterside spa hotel, for the hospitalite. We really enjoyed our stay.

“Comfy and relaxing atmosphere”
The hotel is brand new and super comfy! Beautiful and spacious studio. Very clean! The outdoor pool with warm thermal water is big. The staff was super friendly and helpful (it's rare to experience such a good service in Bulgaria). Thank you, guys, for your hospitality ❤️
