The serene atmosphere of Waterside Houses is ideal for relaxation. The tranquility of the place makes you feel calm. The prices are good and reflect the quality of the place. The full body massage was magnificent. The breakfast was abundant of delicacies, and the room was very clean and cozy. The stuff was polite, smiling, and willing to help you even though they didn't have very good knowledge of English language. Promise to be back soon!

Lovely place where you can relax and have some fun in the lake watching the fish and the ducks. Restaurant food was delicious! The Pool and the game room with table tennis were also great!

“A piece of heaven”

The location and view from both the houses, the restaurant and the pool is just amazing, you don't need to go anywhere else and you get to proper switch off and relax. The water in the pool is thermal, so warmer than a normal swimming pool, but still cooling in the hot days of summer..best part is you're in the mountains so it's several degrees cooler than the hottest hours of the cities.. highly recommended and will keep coming back, this was my second visit.

It was superb! The location was amazing. We loved sitting on the terrace watching the ducks. The house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and I loved that we had a coffee machine in the house so I could enjoy the sun and the breeze with a hot cup of coffee. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had great adventures in Leshten and Kovatchevitsa - only 15-20 minutes drive from the property.

All was fine

The house looks exactly like at the picture in Booking: it's nice and very clean with the small kitchenet and nice porch on the first floor and comfortable bedroom on the second floor. The in site restaurant serves good choice for breakfast and dinner , better and more stylish than some other ,high rated, restaurants in the town. All in all it's very nice place to relax

The houses were great, really comfortable and quiet. The view from the balcony was perfect. We used the lakebike and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was served and had quite a few choices. The children loved the trampoline.

Nice comfortable houses right on the lake. The big waterfront terrace is a plus. The (heated) pool is also very nice next to the lake. Reception and cleaning staff was very friendly. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Magical atmosphere & good food at the restaurant. I liked the privacy of staying at our own house & being able to just chill at the front porch.

The houses look great located on the river bank. They are clean and comfy enough to accommodate a whole family with all the facilities needed. Very child friendly place with a variety of facilities for children. The swimming pool is a really nice place and we had a lot of fun there.

Great resort, the nature, the staff, the whole vacation was amazing. It’s better than my expectations. Houses are great, and the Jacuzzi is great. The location of the terraces, literally on the lake, provides a great opportunity to fish directly from the terrace. The lake is full of fishes and it is real pleasure for fishing. The pool is very clean and well maintained, warm water. In the lake you could take water bike pedalo. Everything was great. I highly recommend it.
