Was amazing!

“The hosts were really nice and easily reachable. Rooms could be improved a bit.”

Very quiet place, with a small outside pool and inside SPA area with steam room and sauna. Plenty of parking beside the building. Really close to convenience stores and a short drive to Kovachevitsa village, which is a must-visit if staying there. Restaurants in the area offer big portions and are ok priced.

“Great family SPA hotel with amazing host”

If I could, I would give the hotel 12 stars - especially the host. Zeynep went out of her way to make the stay comfortable. Although the season was already over, she kept the saunas and heated outdoor pool open around the clock to accommodate our late night wishes. Zeynep not only recommended an outstanding seafood restaurant and reserved a table - when we finished our delicious meal, the waiter came with a huge plate of desserts and told us it was a present from Zeynep. The breakfast at the hotel was also very tasty. We will definitely come back!

Everything was excellent! The rooms are spacious and with modern furniture. Pets are welcome which was great for people like us who travel with their dog. The host is a very nice and friendly lady. Staff is very kind. Delicious food. I recommend

Really cozy and modern appartment style building. Big rooms with balcony, excellent breakfast a la carte. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open since it was only mid May, since that looked promising

Staff very friendly. Our rooms had a veiw out over fields and country side. Pool and sauna available.

We liked the staff - the lady that owns the place was really kind and assisting. The place was really clean.

Very comfortable beds. It was warm and cozy everywhere.

It’s a good location and the pool was nice.

The host tried to trick me to cancel my trip for close friends of hers. She told me the price has 2x bigger to try to cut our reservation. It is not a professional. I will not go there ever again.

Apartment was on the top floor with nice views of the mountains. Spacious place, nice kitchenette. The pool was lovely to relax and breakfast was a good start of the day! Friendly staff as well, would recommend.

Excellent small hotel with great hospitality! Everything was so clean and the host was very kind and supportive! Definitely recommend it for a long weekend or a vacation on the border of two Bulgarian mountains, a place made with care and love ❤️

Pet friendly property with comfortable amenities in the studio and shared kitchen; There are nice sauna and steam bath, also outdoors pool in summer🫶🏻Interesting places to visit nearby.

This is my second stay at the Twin House, and both visits have exceeded my expectations. The staff are fantastic, the rooms perfect in all ways and the extra facilities, kitchen with coffee machine including ground coffee and lounge, can fulfil all one's needs. The pool is clean and there are ample loungers to lie upon. I could ask for no more!

“All needs satisfidet”

There was one very kind and friendly lady who was always around asking if we needed something. The rooms was comfortable. Each building hase communal kitchen where there even offered free coffee facility. The free sauna was a very good option on a cloudy day.
