“The worst”

This is one of the coldest houses, the spa facilities work only during the day, the swimming pool is frozen, the hot water in the bathroom arrives after 5-10 mins running, the rooms are extremely cold. Staff was extremely rude and not friendly, the welcoming time is until 21:00 o’clock. They didn’t stop calling us until 19:30 to ask when are we arriving. Very impatient and not professional. They were asking personal things like where we are travelling to, what and where we are going to do. What time are we coming back (considering it’s none of their business) the only normal question was about if we want a breakfast. We didn’t. Considering the fact we used NOTHING from the facilities they could make a discount. I am a local plus I am a professional in tourist industry, all of the facts stated above are not acceptable. The top of everything was that she charged us at the door without any receipt, was very rude. “Come on get in your room it’s getting colder (we were still thinking if we want to stay) I advice everyone, as a professional ( not like them) DO NOT GO INTO THIS NOT GUEST-FRIENDLY HOUSE!

It is easy to be found. Rooms were clean. Beds were confortable. Amazing views to the mountains. Good size swimming pool.

Breakfast consisted of 2 friganas, 1/2 tomato, an apple and a coffee. The staff didn't speak English, but I was lucky with google translate. To get to a restaurant to eat, we have to go by car

It was quiet and clean. Availability of a pool and a restaurant was a plus for us.

Clean room, ok bathroom. Breakfast was... serviceable. There was air conditioning and we had clean towels as well as soap which was nice.

Our stay in Ognyanovo guest house was great. The location is very good, the hosts were very welcoming and nice. They took very good care of us. The breakfast was homemade, the rooms were clean and warm. For the price - everything was great.

Our room offered a great view of the nearby mountains and the wanderful backyard with the BBQ and the pool. The manager was very kind and polite to us. The room was big enough and very clean. The pool was also well maintained. The breakfast was extreamely delicious and we were also offered some bevarages. Moreover the place is great for families with young children.
