“Cancellation notice at night, just hours before departure...”
It was the worst nightmare imaginable... We received a cancellation notice at night, just hours before departure... We contacted Booking and asked to renew our reservation, but they couldn't! We had to urgently book a new place two hours before departure! In the end, everything worked out even better, but we we found ourselves in a state of unbearable stress!
