“Fabulous - we hope to return one day!”
This is a peace of heaven on Lake Maggiore! Beautiful, authentic, it felt like a real home, the view from the little porch down the hill and across the lake was spectacular, and it was so quiet in the area. The house gets the sun in the morning, and kept cool very with the help of 2 fans on the very hot days, but it definitely seems to have been built to protect from the weather. The landlady and the bed and breakfast staff next door were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Definitely an ideal spot for a poet like me to spend a week on holiday, idyllic.

We loved all the decor and the terrace overlooking the lake - beautiful. Very comfortable apartment kitted out with everything we needed, we particularly liked the olive oil/jam/spreads and honey that were there for us to use.
