The staff were very accommodating and polite. The room was big, clean and nicely organised. The amenities in the room were nice, and the amenities in the hotel itself were plentiful and a warm addition. The view of the outdoor onsen was nice as well.

A delicious varied Japanese style breakfast. Bath was spacious with a nice view of the bay, although the outdoor bath is not very large. Friendly staff that speaks some English, but is cheerfully helpful.
