The location was close to the rail Station and the town Centre, the owner and his staff were very helpfully and the breakfast was good, other than the hot food was only just warm,.. it was only an overnight stay, but very enjoyable.

“I would strongly recommend that future guests with accessibility needs verify conditions in advance.”
The property is presented as accessible, but in reality there were multiple steps and barriers that made it unsuitable for a wheelchair user. This significantly affected our stay. This is not a minor issue – accessibility is essential, and the description was misleading. The staff was polite, but the situation was not resolved, and the compensation offered afterwards did not reflect the impact of the issue.

The hotel is well located in the city. The price was very fair. There was a kettle in the room along with some instant coffee, it was a nice touch.

Location perfect for all local amenities,Shopping ,cafes and a short walk to the main railway station for trips into the Black Forest or further afield. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and will be back again.
