“Clean rooms in a great location”

Central location to trains, buses, restaurants and shops. Very clean room and breakfast was a great choice

“Very clean room, kind staff, and decent breakfast.”

The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.

Our room met expectations, the breakfast was great. Location was just fine.

In the internet and also in the brochures in the room the availability of a sauna is announced. According to the hotel staff, the sauna has been closed some time ago. Why does it take so long to change the advertising material. I would expect that a Sheraton hotel shuld have accurate information material

The room was nice and smart

The carpets are old and worn. Toilet seat was broken not fixed while i was there after I reported it. Switches of sound in bath fell off.

Location was good and next to public transport options. Did not see the restaurant, outside area, conference room or fitness. But overall it has a lit of great options. Friendly people at the desk.

1.) i booked a double bed. Getting to the room I found two queen beds. Asking why this change the answer was:“ be happy you got a room“ - unexpected and not an answer expect at a Sheraton. 2.) Asking how to get a beer after a 500km drive - the answer was: „I am not allowed to give you one neither the room service - order one with delivery by UBER! True it was 1:30 pm - but a non acceptable answer in a Sheraton 3.) breakfast: one person checking if you have booked a breakfast - no person available to serve a coffee. Eggs, bacon, sausages have been almost cold! Breakfast went down from the last stays over last years and not worth 23EUR
