“Perfect stay !”
Busy week-end in Frankfurt (concerts and more) and the hotel was fully booked (like many). Nevertheless, the service was outstanding. Got an upgrade, a very spacious and bright room at the 5th floor. The bathroom and the shower were amazing. Stayed over 2 nights. My congratulations to the room service for their kindness and the cleaning personnel for the quality of their job !!

“Fabulous , restful”
The staff who received me in the day I checked in was excellent: efficient, knowledgeable, kind The room is excellent though the aircon is not working, too hot The area is fabulous though no shops and supermarkets around. Drinks in the bar including water is pricey.
