The staff was always kind and polite even before arriving there they helped us with a messa explaining how to arive to the hotel from the airport. Also the housekeepers were very helpful when I was needing tissue paper for the room.

The stuff made mistakes twice and gave is wrong rooms and we had to go up and down 3 times. At the end he was like we made a mistake! He didn’t even say I am sorry for the mistake. Also there was one pillow in the room and he gave us a pillow that was dirty and there was some hairs on it. Then I asked for a new and clean one and again the new one was not clean, also he got angry at me for no reason. I couldn’t trust him that the pillow is clean and I slept without pillow!

In 13 pm i told the stuff that air conditioner don't work and they told me that they will fix it. I'm come back in 10 o'clock and the air conditioner isn't working yet they didn't do anything. So my child fall asleep and we must to stay in that room were there is no air condition.

The location is very convenient, about an 5 min walk to the metro and then just 4 stops to the city center (around 15 minutes in total). The hotel is clean and well-kept, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. I would suggest having a coffee machine and some drinking water in the room. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it

“Good compromise price and comfort.”
The city is very accessible by car, the room is not super equipped but the essentials are there, and overall it is a very good compromise between price and comfort..

Nothing really after a long journey we received a room which wasnt the agreed one the toilet was dirty there was remains of the stool and there was pee and human body hair
