I had a very disappointing stay. The trash cans in both the room and bathroom were overflowing, and the kettle was left half-full of water. Amenities like coffee and sugar were scattered messily, and the tissues in the bathroom had not been restocked. Since I checked in very late, I was only able to report these issues to the front desk at checkout the next morning. It was an extremely unsatisfactory experience.

I was double-charged for my stay and the hotel has still not refunded the duplicate payment. Customer service is essentially non-existent, multiple calls and emails have gone unanswered. Extremely disappointing experience.
