There was only one thing I didn't like. The room was very cold and there was no heating.

We spent one night here. The villa is a little far from the town. It has its own parking lot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property located just outside Öetz with shops and supermarkets within 5min drive. Decent size parking. Rooms are standard size with bathroom. Breakfast served was very good. With choice good choice for everyone. Fresh bread and rolls everyday. Pancakes were delicious. Ski boots drying room at the same level as dining room. Owners are very friendly and helped us with UK to EU power adapters. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Clean nd tidy rooms, kind personal, good breakfast - near to Aqua Dome Therme

Beautiful spacious rooms, super clean, lovely bathroom, high quality beds and linen. Modern and beautiful, quality design. Just perfect. Even a small fridge in the walk in wardrobe. The staff even organised a kettle for my room when I asked. Shutters on windows to make room quiet and dark. I am a light sleeper and this was the best sleep I had in a month of travel.

The accomodation was nice, chalet style, lot of smart features. Big private parking lot.

If you have any requests, you won't get answer to them. I booked in advance and asked in advance about possibly of picking up(not checking in) the key. I didn't receive any answer within few weeks at all. Then 6 days before the trip, I trued to email, call, contact via Booking the accommodation. They don't reply emails or phone even to Booking... The location is great, but the attitude spoilt everything.

The room design is classy! Also, really liked the flexibility of personal and the room’s cleanliness.

This is the worst apartment in the whole of Ötztal, for four people, at the beginning of December, with a room rate of 200 euros per night, which turned out to be a 20 sq. ft. room with two double beds. And this apartment has no kitchen to cook in, and is a long way from Sölden.

“Great night sleep”

The bed was super comfortable. I just drifted off. The room was clean, and the shower had good pressure. Best sleep I've had (stayed at four hotels in the lead up to this stay). Staff are welcoming and help if you have any questions. We parked our motorbike right outside our room's window, which made it easy to bring luggage in. Motorbike parking was free. Wish we could have stayed longer as we had a balcony with amazing views, which we didn't get time to enjoy.

The room is really cosy and the villa is wonderful, with small balconies and loads of flowers. Right in front of it there is a playground. The staff is very friendly and responsive, we were 5 hrs late due to road closure, but we were able to arrange key take-over, although the reception was long closed.

The rooms were very clean, good WiFi, excellent breakfast. The place felt “hotelly “ rather than “gemütlich”, functional rather than alpine village character which we had hoped for.
