“breathtaking views, plenty of activities nearby”
we stayed in the “cosy” apartment and absolutely loved it. the place was spacious, beutifully furnished and well equipped for cooking, with balcony that offers breathtaking mountain views. christian & mona were wonderful hosts, so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. free parking right by the house was also very convenient. there are countless hikes and day trips nearby - piburger see, stuibenfall, the three lakes and plenty of mountain lifts. the apartment is in a peaceful location but still just a short walk to a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. we think it’s not the last time we’ve been to oetz - really enjoyed it there :)

“Great location, lovely host and clean rooms”
Great location. The bus stop for free ski bus to lift is right in front of this accommodation so it was very convenient with young family members. There are good supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Only less than an hour drive from the Innsbruck airport.

“One of the best stays”
Everything was absolutely amazing. The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The property is located close to everything (supermarket,bakery)at walking distance,maybe 3 mins away. The guests were friendly and helpful during our whole stay. Definitely value for money.

We enjoyed our spacious apartment, located short walk from the Center of Oetz and facilities. the owners are very attentive and quick to respond if you need any help.
