Overview
Located in the Ötztal Valley, surrounded by the Ötztal Alps, Living-Apart Anita is 1 km from the Hoch-Oetz Cable Car and close to the Ötztaler Ache River. A free ski bus stops right in front of the property, and free WiFi is available. The newly renovated and modern apartments have a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, seating area and WiFi. All apartments have a private bathroom and separate toilet. It is set in a quiet street however centrally located close to the town of Oetz near various restaurants. A supermarket is reachable on a walking distance and the Piburgersee is at a 10-minute ride. Free private parking is available. In summer, the surrounding is ideal for hiking and cycling, and a mountain bike hire is nearby. From the beginning of June to the end of September the Ötztal Summer Card is included in the price. The Ötztal Summer Card is valid from the second day of your vacation and also on the day of departure.

“Excellent and comfortable stay in Oetz”
Everything! Location in Oetz, listening to the river growling away each night, nice bathroom (but repaint the yellow walls!), kitchen is not too big but fine, nice living room, a lot of windows and natural light, spacious schiraum, parking right there

“Perfect stay!”
The accommodation is located in a quiet area, next to the river. The residence itself is extremely clean and spacious (apartment top 2: bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining room, toilet, large terrace). The kitchen contains everything you need, even additional appliances (toaster, kettle, microwave, egg cooker, dishwasher). ). Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, rental shops, etc. are located nearby. The ski bus stops right in front of the apartment, which was really great. Also, you have a parking space in front of the apartment. A very pleasant stay!
