“Good location and nice hotel but a bit dated.”

Good location in centre of Oetz. Ski bus for Hoch Oetz stops outside. I was on half board. Food was good but breakfast was a bit boring with not a huge choice. Rooms were clean and spacious but decor very dated. WiFi was OK but a couple of nights it dropped out because hotel was full. Staff helpful.

VERY CENTRAL, high ceilings and it had character. clean bedroom and bathroom. half board is great value. we had a lovely soup, salad, main and dessert, all of which we enjoyed

The half board option is a particular good deal as it includes a 3 course meal with 2 main courses to choose from for dinner, I had sirloin steak the first night and hake the second and both were excellent.

Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, that you take in beautiful traditional salons. The whole place has a very nice traditional and historical feeling (the rooms are more recent aesthetically, however). Price was awesome - Austrians really take the crown of hospitality! Also important: they seem to keep the quality even with few guests (which is not the case everywhere)! They have a garage where you can store your bicycle, if that's of interest. So easy in & out for road and mountain bikers, and no hassle.

Very nice rooms, with balcony. Very quiet so you were not disturbed by other guests. Our request for a room at the end of the hallway was fulfilled, so our dog was able to rest as well. Dinner was great and service very friendly.

“Perfect stay on a cycling trip up the Oetztal”

Superb value in a unique building from 1906. Henry, a member of the family which has owned & managed the hotel for many years, speaks impeccable English. He'll tell you all about the history of the establishment and of the area. As a cyclist himself, he is also well informed about the roads & cycle tracks in the region. Absolutely top notch - superb - breakfast and a ridiculously good value & delicious dinner should not be missed. We usually eschew half-board but are very glad we chose the arrangement here. Room was large, quiet and had a balcony with a stunning view. Comfortable beds & excellent, modern bathroom. Secure garage with plenty of room for our tandem bicycle.

So this is a gem. Could have been in a Wes Anderson movie without the crazy characters. Lovely interior, magnificent view from balcony. Breakfast excellent. Location great, easy to park. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located in an old building, makes you feel more at home than all the existing chain. You got a real room key, got double doors, creaky floor, mismatched coat hangers, modern bathroom. And a fully table setting for the breakfast

Well situated in the middle of town with plenty of parking for cars and motor cycles.

Friendly helpful staff. Bicycle available to borrow. A nice choose of 3 meals in the evening for the half board. Lovely old building with lots of character. Good location in the town
