Overview
Haus Tirolerland is located 250 metres from the centre of Ötz and 700 metres from the lifts to the Ötz/Hochötz Ski Area and offers a cosy breakfast room with a tiled stove, a ski bus stop nearby, a well-groomed garden and free garage parking for motorbikes. Free WiFi is available in all rooms and public areas of Haus Tirolerland. Each room has a private bathroom and satellite TV. A rich buffet breakfast buffet consisting of homemade jams, organic products from the region, juices, muesli, freshly made fruit salad and cakes is offered every morning. The nearest restaurants and stores can be found just 50 metres away. Books and magazines are offered at Tirolerland as well. In summer, you can borrow bicycles free of charge and spend some relaxing hours on the deck chairs in the garden. A ski storage room and a heated room for ski boots are available during winter season. The Area 47 Leisure Centre can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The Piburger See bathing lake is reachable within a 7-minute drive or a 20-minute walk through the forest. There is also an outdoor pool in Ötz. On request, shuttle services from Innsbruck Airport can be organised.

We had a wonderful time in your house. Karolin was very friendly and generous and gave us so many tips and good ideas for tours and restaurants. The breakfast and facilities were excellent, and we highly recommend Haus Tirolerland for everybody! We had a great vacation and memories thanks to Karolin and we hope to come again.

“tranquility and well-being”
The best thing about this house was how well the girl treated you, she was very nice and attentive. Apart from this, the house was very good, the kitchen had everything, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The girl invited you to breakfast, which was very delicious.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. Karolin warmly welcomed us upon arrival and gave a brief explanation of where to find everything, making us feel right at home. We were assigned a room on the second floor, while our daughter had a separate, smaller room with a shared bathroom. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh bread and crusty rolls (like a kaisersemmel). I also enjoyed freshly baked scrambled eggs with handpicked mushrooms, which were delightful.

“Amazing amazing stay...!!!”
We have traveled to many countries and stayed at many stays, but this stay was probably the best stay ever. From the wonderful facilities, to the yummy breakfast, and last but not least the amazing host who went over and above to make sure everything was taken care of. “Oetz with a top class touch”

Renovated in 2016, this apartment offers 2 balconies with views of the Ötztal Alps, a triple bedroom, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided. Free coffee capsules and tea bags are provided, and the apartment is cleaned daily.
Double Room
This room features wooden floors and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Refurbished in 2014, the bathroom comes with a shower. If you need an extra bed, you will get an additional single room with a washbasin.

Renovated in 2016, this room consists of a double room with a balcony and a separate single room, each with a washbasin. The rooms share a bathroom down the hall. The double room and single room do not have a connecting door.
